Fitness Classes

Group Fitness Classes are open to all men and women 12 years and older. An adult must accompany any participant under 16. Invite your friends and neighbors!

Childcare provided for specified classes:
$2 per child ($5 family max)
Cost: $2 per child; $5 max per family
Ages: 6 weeks to 11 years old 



Class Descriptions

Fit and Flex: This class is designed to focus on improving balance, flexibility and strength. Weights, bands, stability balls and body weight exercises are incorporated. 

HIT: A boot camp style class with a variety of circuit training, stations, cardio intervals, strength training, kick-box, step and core work.

Latin Fusion: This class fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves. (2/3 Latin Cardio and 1/3 Strength Training) Dance moves and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt while burning fat.

Pilates: Pilates concentrates on the muscles of the abdominals and back with benefits such as improved posture, core strength, breath control, body awareness and flexibility.

PM Boot Camp: This class is a results-driven 45-minute total body workout. Perform heart pumping cardio and strength drills in a fun group environment. Instructors motivate you to challenge yourself and take it to the next level.  

Yoga: A class for all ages who want to improve strength, stamina, flexibility, balance and relaxation resulting in relief of stress and tension.
